Our Teen Bipolar Disorder Treatment Program

Our teen bipolar treatment program is focused on addressing the primary mental health needs of our patients. We offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that provides intensive, daily patient treatment in a supportive and structured environment. Our PHP includes a comprehensive assessment process to identify each patient’s unique needs, allowing us to tailor their treatment plan accordingly.

Our step-down intensive outpatient program (IOP) provides continued support and treatment for patients as they transition back to their daily lives. We also offer group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), medication management, and educational advocacy to ensure that each patient’s needs are met on all levels.

Imagine Denver’s Comprehensive Approach to Bipolar Disorder Treatment

At Imagine Denver, we understand that bipolar disorder affects not only the individual but also their family and support system. Our family therapy program is designed to help parents and caregivers understand and cope with their loved one’s disorder while providing support and guidance to help them navigate the treatment process.

We also offer trauma-informed care to address any underlying traumas that may be contributing to the patient’s bipolar disorder. Our CBT approach helps patients identify negative thought patterns and behaviors, empowering them to make positive life changes. Medication management is also a crucial component of our treatment program, as we work closely with each patient to find the proper medication and dosage to manage their symptoms effectively.
